I am going to begin water exercises next week. It is hopefully going to get the muscles moving. Thank you so much for the concern and your help. What I am finding is that the surgeon has now placed the recovery phase to his nurse practitioner and other interns. This is frustrating, because he spent hours with me prior to doing the surgery.
