I'm not still improving, but I'm not backsliding either. I had it done May 31, 2010 so I'm just past the 10 month mark.

I still have limitations, but for the most part I can lead a normal life now. My quality of life has dramatically improved.

I would highly recommend the procedure. It cost me $15,000 and I had to fly to Bulgaria, but it was worth every.single.penny.

I tell people that it *may* give them great results, mediocre results or nothing. I recommend people emotionally prepare themselves for no improvement. Any improvements they do get are all bonuses.

For a 2/3 chance to have improvements, I think the $5,000 - $15,000 is a pretty good bet. People routinely spend way more than this for procedures like IVF which have a way lower success ratio. And while infertility is heartbreaking, it isn't going to land your butt in a nursing home.
