Default sacral met

Have had a recent MRI with lytic sacral lesion within the S1 segment. It also said there is an expansile lesion with associated path fracture of L sacral ala extending into L sacroiliac joint. This mass encroaches upon the inferior margin of the L L5-S1 foramen crowding the exiting L L5 nerve. There is also expansion medially into the epidural space resulting in effacement of the anterolateral and lateral margins of the thecal sac with subarticular recess stenosis at the S1 level. The mass broadly contacts the S1 foramen, encroaching upon the exiting L S1 nerve over approximately 180 degrees.
Also there is a mildly displaced L pubic body fracture present and edema within both pubic bodies.

What does this mean? Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
