That's true with many unsupported statements in Wiki articles, like the one under Peripheral Edema claiming it can result in PN.

However the Wikipedia article on resvertrol
is supported by citations, and fairly credible ones. From footnote 4:

I've seen a number of statements now that there just isn't any credible research supporting the claims about resveratrol. What research (please cite/link) are you referring to?
