"joints" might actually help. Ok...seriously...celebrex did crap for me. It just wasnt strong enough. I found a muscle relaxor (valium) did a better job of relxaing the muscles, thus bringing down the inflamation. And again, back to our ice on the neck/head area when it is bad.
There are "no" good ideas or options, its about choosing the ones that you feel most comfortable with to make life more managable.
When everything is inflamed and feels swollen, it is an awful feeling. Hope you can find some relief.
