Is right. I think if you have tos, dont even attempt them.
Though Im not, nor was I ever a "wimp" I was unable to do many push ups even as a teenager....never knew why there were many things like that when i was younger...but it was all part of the bigger picture revealed later in life. I wouldnt dream of even trying one now.
Anne is right even being on all fours is not a place for someone who has tos.
