Default chronic back pain

Of the many things that can be a source of chronic and severe back pain, the most common one is the muscles, yet doctors seem to be unable to recommend any effective treatments.
If the spine itself has problems, it is then up to the muscles to try to correct posture and enable movement around the damaged area. This causes huge muscle problems, yet it is usually the spine itself that is seen as the pain source.
There are a few things you can do.
Check and improve posture-sitting, standing, driving and sleeping etc. Avoid low and soft seats. Don't lie on a couch. Avoid driving.
Bed-supportive mattress and pillow.
Massage-remedial or sports should give immediate relief, at least temporarily.
Magnesium oil/ chloride. This is by far the best treatment for sore muscles. It has made a tremendous difference to me over the last year. Unbelievable. Get a powder or liquid form, not weak pills. Should see an improvement in 1-2 weeks, and it should then keep getting better.
This alone may fix the problem-it did for me. But if not, it will still give enormous relief from pain.
