first of all, go to a teaching hospital. they are trying newer things. second of all, get admitted for pain control. that is the easiest way to get it done.
and really, do go to FB and join some groups. I see names on their all the time.

the bad thing is the list is not complete. the good thing is it is not complete because more and more doctors are using it!!!!
