the bad thing is the list is not complete. the good thing is it is not complete because more and more doctors are using it!!!!

I am covered - I am trying to get help for others our support group. and I have spent much time doing the above and more...thanks so much for all of your advice....Unfortunately, not enough of them are getting the help they need in southern New England and it's so frustrating.
