I got these African Mango diet pills. Life Extension's "Lean Irvingia"Seems totally veggie & organic and not a high BP concern. Just an appetite suppressant as well as a coupla other things working for it. Saw it on sale at Amazon after my wife handed me a 'Dr. Oz' printout on it. I just haveta drop some of this weight I put on, since stopping smoking.
Exercise is kinda hurtful with the Emphysema & PN, so I really don't do much. I'll give it a month & see if it helps.
