I'm taking the quercetin more consistently in the morning, and that's when I get the better effects. I have a hard time swallowing the capsules and can't always do it at noon at work, and have been so busy with visitors and family members moving that I don't always remember it in the evening.
I wonder what the "half-life" of quercetin is, does it build up in your system after awhile or do you need to keep taking it at a certain interval for it to have its best effect? With my limited experience, I would say it's lasting for maybe eight hours - really just a guess.
