I don't use Ampyra, but your symptoms sure sound like me and the Betaseron injections. (also had same result with Copaxone). I get chills/shakes so bad and my hands, toes and nose get so cold and just ache. I also loose use of my left leg while all that goes on.

Thank you for introducing yourself and for your thoughts. I'm sorry to hear both Beta and Copax both did the same to you. I had to stop Betaseron and might be switching from Copaxone to something else. We'll see in the next few weeks. Thank you for the good wishes.
