This "breaking down" wiring we have sure does crazy things at times.

I have a small breast fibroid and when I press on it/bump it( by leaning over something) it sends an electric shock to my left side "nether region". My right butt cheek has a mind of it's own or a small alien trying to break out... it will start twitching at times.

Of course it always happens when you can't slap a hand there to try to stop the weird feelings! So all I can do is just laugh and keep going.
