work comp prefers to send you to a doc that won't be able to dx or agree with your doctors dx {if you have a dx yet} - they don't want any injury to be found.
So the best thing is to make a list of all your sx you so don't forget any of them, and be sure to show and tell where all of you pain is, all that you can't do. And tell if you have delayed pain - hrs or days after use.
they may try to trick you into moving or doing something so they can say you can do things-
