I bump my toe and my heels tingle.
I think I have about a zillion of these things that don't make sense.
My flares can last from a day to a month and no rhyme or reason why they show up most of thew time.
Other times I can pinpoint the trigger.
We just have to bite the bullet and hope that the current flare will be short and not too severe.
