If you want to explore the role of "fibrosis" in your problem, it would probably be more successful to consult a surgeon or urologist who does sex change surgeries. These must create alot of scar tissue, and fibrosis (esp. in people with the tendency to form fibrotic scar tissue, as mentioned in the one Mayo link I gave).
