I can't sleep on my own...even with 1 mg of xanax I only slept 10:30 to 4:30...then doze for a few hours on and off (more off).

I think you just have to accept that you're going to have different feelings in your head and body. Try to relax and get your mind off of it as that is the only thing I've found that helps at all. I'm afraid you are being consumed by this and that doesn't help.
