The U Tube broadcast is what gave me the basis on how to try to make the fermented papaya.....after fermenting though, was not real enthralled with his process...that is why I tryed adding ground flax seed and drying chips. Now I am makinig cookie size blobs and flattening them. Less time consuming and it makes about what I use as a "dose" in the morning. I have also started adding some agave syrup to taste and alttle salt....
we like it alot....I could eat them like cookies!
