I totally agree with RoadRunner - Finding and expressing gratitude each day has helped me during this recovery period. Yes, I have plenty of things that aren't going the way I want them to and I grieve at least one of them everyday. I scream, I cry, I write it down, I pout until I let it go.
It may not always seem like it but there are gifts that will or have already come from PCS or any injury. Focusing on whatever the smallest positive in all this could actually help your symptoms and recovery.
