Have you tried taking your blood pressure and pulse when this happens? I used to have similar weird sensations but it was years ago so I can't describe them. The only thing I can remember was the sense of little pulsing head aches.

If you can connect them to increases in your BP and pulse, maybe you can treat them with fast acting meds. I keep propanolol handy for the rare high blood pressure events.
