Default Space Shuttle

I haven't done this for a while - next shuttle launch is Friday. 2:37 pm central time, which means my normal pre-flight meeting will actually be during normal working hours for a change (10:37 am).

Landing is still scheduled for May 13, but this will not happen. We have NEVER done anything significant, like landing or launching, on a Friday the 13th. Seriously. We say we will, but we never do.

This is the "extra flight". STS-134 was supposed to be the last shuttle mission but AMS got funded, so we have another mission STS-135, launching June 26th. I'm the only mission manager for center ops now so the last 4 or 5 missions have been mine.
