Also if your blood pressure is high. It might be that you need
a medication for it. I would suggest seeing a doctor about this part.

Reason one of the things that I found to help my migraines was/is
verapamil 240 er. Which is a blood pressure medication. Which
has helped me a lot. I also take topamax for maintanance. And I
personally believe I could go off the topamax if I wanted to.
