every time dr takes my pressure its fine...as a matter of fact right now in a blasted headache and its 137/90 ...

I notice the tingling when I'm concentrating at computer...tv, a short drive (driver or passenger) or even in conversations. I also get fullness in my ears and some pain.

Yes...I have a lot to be thankful for..appreciate those words..and I will do that -- write it down somewhere so I can remember that.

I'm trying not to cry everyday --but it isn't working.
Going to psychiatrist a week from tomorrow...hopefully she will put me on antidepressant ...the antianxiety meds are only helping me sleep
