Hey guys,

I did a pull up the other day, felt something get strained, and the numbness got about 30% worse bringing me to around 70-80% now.. It feels as if whatever nerve got damaged it is very prone to getting worse..

Whatever kind of cardio I do seems to exasterbate things a little, even doing things that dont put much pressure or use on the lower extremeties like swimming or a rowing machine. I thought I would be ok with these but it *appears* to make things worse.

I absolutely need my exercise to help with the depression in all this but at the same time I want to give my nerves the BEST possible environment for healing.

Feeling in a lot of turmoil about this. How should I go about exercising.. Should I give up swimming/rowing? Uhg, any insight very appreciated..
