Ironically, my 71 yr old dad has idiopathic PN. I am 50 and do not look forward to what my dad has been through. Needless to say, I am scared!

Hi Shiela:
Just wanted to say Welcome to Neurotalks. My husband has Idiopathic PN for over 20 years and I have diabetic neuropathy. However, in my case, I got lucky and began taking 5000 Methyl B-12 sublingually about 3 years ago.
Best thing I ever did. Do you know your B-12 levels.
Look into this. It might be what you need.
All the best
