Moondaughter.. don't know what you mean by juice coming out of the papaya. It shoud be ripe enough to mash or if too firm, I put thru a salad shooter or a food processor to break it up. Then stir in cinnamon, turmeric and alitttle salt. My last batch (a salad shooter batch) actually started to bubble alittle at 7 days, which no other batch has ever done, it was good too and no mold was on it...absolutely perfect.
Sorry I don't respond to questions right away. I don't have a computor and have to go to a library occasionally and sometimes have a few minutes at work.
