Hello Gramma, I have just joined the forum too, and this is my first post. My son has RLS and a friend recommended taking chelated magnesium ( from a health store). It is very effective, and we have recommended it to others who have also found it really helps. I hope it will benefit you too. Kind regards, Ladybird.
