Hi Gramma, my name is Melody and I have a suggestion for you. Do you have epsom salts in the house? Before you retire at night, soak your feet in epsom salts. They are full of magnesium. The magnesium will soak into your feet and go into your body and magnesium helps GREATLY with cramps during the night. I have done this myself that is why I can recommend it.
