I think you should get your actual number for the B12 test and report it here. US testing ranges include a very low number as "normal", so it would not be flagged. Doctors typically don't know this, and many people walk around "normal" who can be helped!
I'd also get a Vitamin D test.
Were you tested for the cryoglobulins and MGUS? If not, I'd get that done too.

What testing did you have for diabetes?
Did you have a fasting INSULIN? a long GTT test?
Some impaired glucose tolerance sneaks thru as "normal" with somewhat normal fasting testing. But the long GTT will show dips at 2hrs+ which indicate insulin resistance. Many PNs start at this stage, before full blown diabetes is visible.
Do you know your A1C?
