If you are using the RX D2 your doctor gave you, you might never see any results. That form is old--over 40yrs--- and since new research says D3 OTC is the most effective.

We have had some pain relief on our Peripheral Neuropathy board with fixing D levels.

The new normal you want as a goal is 50 (US units). That is the lowest number in the new normal range.

There are studies showing reduction in the need for pain meds, in chronic pain patients, but I haven't seen any complete reversals.

The last page has the newest Dr. Oz show's videos, and clearly illustrates how he flubbed up a most critical subject! IMO.
