Thanks for posting that!

5,000 IU D3 is about right. You may need a bit more, depending on your weight. Heavier patients need more.

But you are close with that dose. You wouldn't believe how many people get tested and are given the next to useless D2 50,000 IU RX ... It takes about 3 months to get accurate retest values.
