Hi Tulips - I do not know where you can get the hair test, but I have a question about your 24 hour urine test. Did they give you an oral chelating medication to take, such as DMSA capsules? That's what they did with me and came back positive for mercury, lead, and something else. I've had heavy metals testing twice. Once in 1999 using King James Lab and again in 2010 using Doctors Data Lab. With King James, I did a 24 urine capture with DMSA. With Doctors Data, I did a six hour urine capture with DMSA.

I have read differing things about the accuracy of urine testing with DMSA. Critics say that it is not legitimate since the DMSA are forcing the metals out, giving a falsely elevated result.

I don't know what to think.
