The amount in a multivit of B12 is not really enough if you were low to begin with.

You should get tested again. By the time MCV in your blood test shows up abnormal, you may be very deficient.

People very low in B12 have similar nerve symptoms to MS patients.

I think you should follow thru with new testing. And while you are there, get a Vit D test too. Low levels of this are very common as well.
