Nap time!
Seriously! My mornings have been rough as of late but after I take my nap, I feel so much better. It takes me from 6 in the morning until 10 in the morning to finally get my body to work with me. Then it's nap time.
Other times that I like:
1. After I get out of the shower and/or Epsom salt bath. I always feel more relaxed and clean.
2. After dinner when DBF and I just hang out - him watching TV and me reading or playing a game on the computer or catching up with DDs on the phone. It's always such a relaxing time for me.
