I already posted this on a vitamin thread but i probably should have posted it here too so sorry for the repeat for anyone whos already read this

Im new to this website and I wanted to say Hi to everyone and I appreciate how everyone is so friendly and responds so quickly and kindly
I have been having tingling/numbness in both my legs/feet and has moved to parts of my face and fingers, i have extreme fatigue and muscle weakness as well as memory loss and concentration problems and im only 26..I went to the dr. which gave me a blood test (but that day i happened to buy a B12 suppliment because i read that it would help with your nerves) so when the test results came back i had extremely high B12 levels but my doc said that my red blood cells were enlarged and the count was low which could indicate i had had a deficiency before the suppliments. However, i have taken a multivitamin with the adequate daily dosage of B12 in it for about 7 years now and i eat right and exercise i havnt drank in 9 years and i dont smoke...plus i dont have problems with my stomach absorbing it because on the test it showed up that i was over the normal range. I am extremly extremly scared that it could be Ms especially because it runs in my family and i have an appt with the neurologist in about a month..but i was wondering if anyone has had similar problems or any eas or comments about this? I read there is a correlation between the two (low B12 and MS) but ive also heard that they can mimic each other...I have been taking the suppliments everyday now for about a couple weeks so even if i was deficient wouldnt things be getting better? and how could all these symptoms happen all of a sudden in two weeks? wouldnt a deficiency cause symptoms to gradually show? Anyway sorry for babbling on and being so long winded im just really scared...thanks in advance for anyone who reads or responds
