I second the recomendation that you get a w/c lawyer. Nobody else will advocate for you properly if you have a job related injury. I don't recall seeing recomendation for water therapy. It sure would be soothing and sometimes soothing is good enough.................for the time being and allows you to do your exercises better. Best wishes.
