I wonder how great it is to have a sunny Saturday...I get to watch my son Thomas play his semi-pro football...so fun!!
I wonder if I can offer a hug to Alffe 
I wonder about contemplating my pain...I have been doing PT this past week...pool therapy and manual therapy...hurting like crazy...did three days back to back...good thing we will be doing Monday, Wednesday and Friday from now on. We are trying to get the disc to go back in. I also have some rock hard tendons and muscles...so much pain...I'm down most of the time. I will have to take some cocktail of drugs to get me to the football tonight.........
I wonder as always about the hugs....
