Hey, a pound lost after a 7 pound loss is to be expected and I think you are doing great. As you said, some of that 7 pounds might have been water weight. As long as I don't go up, I'm happy. But it is nerve racking thinking about what your body is doing all the time . I was so hungry this afternoon and ended up eating an apple. Oh well, it was sweet.
