None of your doctors make the call. SSA decides. Of course your treating doctor's opinion is often given a great deal of weight since they know you best.

Isn't the point of treatment and medication is to help you function at your highest level? May or not mean you are OK though. Perhaps you should keep your own diary of good days and bad days and ok days so if you are ever asked, you have some data.
