Another addition to cautions...there are drugs called MAOI that don't go well with fermented foods...cheeses, kraut , etc . We do not know yet if a seven day ferment is long enough to actually get a reaction from these drugs that alot of PD patients take.
Anyone tried fermented papaya who are on these drugs????
