i am not taking the klonopin anymore...didn't last night and felt a bit better this morning. the klonopin was so i wouldn't wake with anxiety attacks..which i was.

my mind never settles down....never did. I pretty much always had some trouble sleeping..but not like this.

btw -- watched some tv last night...and so far not suffering (although I only laid around allllll day long).
