I'm glad you are getting good results.
I had to laugh when I was reading the whole thing about Fenugreek and amino acids. Naturally most of it went over my head BUT....as I got down to the last few words and it said:

"potential interest for the treatment of NIDDM"

I said out loud. I think I know what NIDDM means.
