I can't help you with advice on your medications but I'm wondering if you've ever heard of the "Nettie Pot" for allergy and sinus problems. I used to have at least 2 or 3 sinus infections a year. A couple of years ago I came across the Nettie Pot, and I haven't had a sinus infection or a cold in the past 2 years. I use it at the first sign of discomfort, and it really works. It cleanses the sinuses where most of the trouble starts to cause colds or infections.
