I walked about 2 miles last night and I'm a little pokey today myself!
I think a good reason for pain can come from weak muscles letting the vertebra compress discs and thus pinching nerves.
I know when one is feeling good its hard to not go out and chase the things you enjoy - sometimes its worth the sacrifice...
