I would imagine with that many herniations, you're in alot of pain. Rather than jump into surgery, I'd ask for a referral to a physical therapist and see how that does. I'd try ALL conservative methods before surgery. Surgery should be a last resort after ALL conservative methods have failed. And don't bother with any more injections. If these didn't work, none of the others will either.
