african mango
I just ordered some african mango supplements to help lose the belly fat that I have gained inthe past 3 months...I will let you know how it goes.
I love mangos, have been snacking on some dried mango's but our health food store says they are out of stock....hubby loves them too.
they are high in the glycemic index because of their concentrated fructose but they are so good and satisfying!...have to be better than chips in moderation.
