We live in a little bitty town, the closest doctor capable of dealing with hubby's foot is 20 miles away, only transportation unless he can get someone to take him, cost $35 a pop round trip, the only income we have is my disability(I have ptsd, migraines, and a few other issues).

I hadn't thought of asking if someone at the kids church might be willing to help if hubby will even consider asking. The kids go to church but hubby and i don't. He's an atheist and i'm really really not good with more then a few people around.

I'm honestly more worried about the foot issue then the shaking at this point, he won't even admit that issue yet.
