Hi there. I also have myathenia gravis, I just recently got diagnosed several months ago, although I think I've had it at least 5 years. It's a terrible disease with a lot a symptoms. I just started taking the mestinon but I have been feeling very weak and dizzy. My pulse is also slower than usual and I think the side effects are getting to me. I really don't know what to expect from this disease and I am getting really scared. It took them 2 years to diagnose it, major problems with swallowing and slurring my words. I had problems with attacks where my arms would got limp and searing pain through them at the same time.
