If your body will not digest the soybean, that would be fine. If your body digests the
soybean, it will be one of your worst triggers IF you have porphyria. Dejibo, we have discussed before the possibility that you have porphyria as well as MS. Perhaps you could read a list of foods to avoid if you have porphyria. One can be found on Porphyria@yahoogroups.com, in the files. I wrote an answer to a new member today which outlines the general triggers for porphyria, including the worst food triggers.

But if you don't digest the soy, it's fine, although it might make you constipated, do you think?
