I have the bose noise cancelling headphones. They are a great crutch and make it possible for me to do more. I highly recommend them for folks dealing with PCS. I do notice the strap pressing down on my head, but it hasn't given me headaches. Of course, I've been lucky with minimal headaches to begin with.
